• Currently studying for National Professional Qualification for Headteachers (NPQH)

Ina studied at the University of East Anglia and has a passion for teaching English language and literature.

As well as teaching English, Ina has worked as a Head of House, SENCO, and Assistant Principal before joining the academy. She has also led safeguarding networks and is a member of the Norfolk Safeguarding Children’s Board. 

Pastoral care and safeguarding have always played a significant part in her roles in schools across Norfolk and she is looking forward to  building partnerships with pupils and their families at Wayland Academy.
