Meet our Team

Iain has focused on inclusion, safeguarding, pupil behaviour and pastoral support throughout his career and worked in schools across Norfolk.

Since joining the Inspiration Trust, Iain has been a member of the leadership teams in four trust schools, and has been both a principal and Executive Principal. As Director of Inclusion, Iain provides expert support to all the schools in the Inspiration Trust family. Ian is currently Executive Principal at Wayland Academy.
